Despite the unusual circumstances of going through this experience during the current pandemic, he made us feel at ease throughout the entire duration. I took a deep tissue full body massage and medicated steam and the experience was wonderful. The masseuse was perfect and I loved the experience. However, my appointment was at 6pm, and I'd reached the place at 5.55, to find all doors open, and no people inside. I called the number I'd called about 3 times before someone answered. I was told that he'd call back and let me know where the girls are. I called back at 6.10pm because no information was passed on to me, to which the doctor replied "it's only a 10 minute delay, so what? Don't be annoying" which I thought was quite inappropriate and unnecessary. Even if it'd been only 10 minutes, some kind of communication would have been convenient, and definitely not talk like another person's time doesn't matter. I was on time for the appointment. There's no problem if there's a delay, that's totally understandable. But not talking to a customer this way. I'll definitely go back for another massage though, because it was worth every penny spent. Thank you.
