Worst services.. I sent my purchase order on 24th April 2018, also sent the advance payment as confirmed. Their Executive Mr. Rupesh Korde promised to give the delivery on 2nd May 2018, so I called for follow up of delivery on the 2nd this says that our factory has not made the pallets yet, still he says that he will give delivery within 7 days, okay so after 7 days He says that he needs more time, he confirmed that they will give delivery by 14th may, so again I called him for follow up, still that guy has guts to say that the pallets are not ready yet, our factory person gave the pallets to someone else, his manager says that the machines at the factory are not working, still we need 8 more days. Absolute non sense people, doesn't know how to deal with the customers, don't know how they are still in the business.
