Had the check engine lite come on. They solved it and fixed it. Always ready to offer u pick up or drop off service too. Great job!!!! I just want to say thank you for looking after my car and Resolve my problems as I try with many different garages Navneet Motors Did a good job & was one of the nicest workshop I’ve ever services my vehicle with in the past. I don't know much about the car service yet but the staff is not at all courteous. I was waiting on their center for over 45 minutes I was not offered a single glass of water. Everyone's got comfortable in their respective jobs and profiles so it's "I don't care" attitude overall.

This service center was suppose to be one of the best in thane as Maruti Suzuki. But unfortunately the quality of work has gone way to down macani is sitting inside car with A/C and running engine. As per my required I have given to replace IAC valve but thay have done something with my car engine oil and coolant mix and it was happed in there service center and that not ready to accept that was happened by there staff not ready to accept and given estimation for 45000/- to make them proper even I had talk for same with Maruti Suzuki that there authorized delars has done with my car instead of helping me with this issues thay are blaming me that you have not done previous services with oure delars service station engine oil Is replaced by local macacin so we can't take any responsibility. I have desided not to buy Maruti Suzuki any of car in future and even suggested to my family and friends that not to buy and may in case of future any kind of issue was happening with them thay also can't expect any satisfactory results and reply from even Maruti Suzuki also because of delars mass with your cars. The service advisor are also not doing their job properly is that kind of issues was had from before I hav given car for replacement of IAC valve that should mention in job sheet that there I have issue that my engine oil and coolent is mix. But the staff not done mentioned any kind of issue is there with my car. They don't care about customer feedback. They will charge you for the things which are not done properly. For my issue i had talk with all management staff and even with Maruti Suzuki customer care manager not received any satisfactory reply that just taking delars side and thay don't care for customer losses because of delars staff mistake . I don't recommend this service station.

CHEATS STOLE 7 LTRS PETROL. Gave ciaz petrol for fourth service. After long wait was appointed a service advisor. The service advisors are not technicians. They are far from technically sound, are more of a sales person. They fail to understand the problem. And are not clear about what they are suggesting and why are they suggesting. Anyway, i got the car serviced Washing and cleaning was not even checked before handing over the keys. Had to give it back for wash and wait. Was promised skimming of breaks by serving advisor, how ever he told that he only ment the disks will be cleaned. There is at least 7 liters of FUEL STOLEN from my fuel tank ( refer before/after pictures of gauge). Which is theft. In addition billed me for 3.2 petrol used as cleaning material. Frankly, when i drove it back i did not feel any change. Usually you feel the change in sound of engine, the break sensitivity, the throttle response and that last for at least a week after service. Feeling cheated. Servicing Cost was 12K. No additional job was done other then periodic maintenance. Cost Inclusive of ac filter change and viper blade change. Will not recommend this service centre. Please try some other.

You cannot expect to get your work done soon. A lot of time is required. My first free service took 4hours of my time. But the service was done fantastic, though I could not be beside by vehicle to check. There is a lot of scope for improving the service.

This service center is like government bank, staff is busy in there work no matter customer is happy or not all items are on MRP there is no discount even some of items are chargeble more then MRP.
