I got 12 posters printed from Raj digital palace recently, the printing quality was really good and also the workers were quite efficient, as I informed them I'm travelling by bike they packed all the posters perfectly, on the way back, my bike met with an accident, my friend and I had some small wounds and Bruises but thankfully and surprisingly there wasn't even a crease on the poster and I would like to thank Raj digital palace for their efficiency and perfection.

Good printing place nearby Nedumangad, especially the customer seating place, fully air-conditioned.In early years ( 3 or 5 years back) they were not good service to my experience. Nowadays I am not sure about their service.
Such a wasteful organization. Not at all customer friendly. No after sales service provided.

All in print shop in Nedumangadu. Best in class service and advanced technology printing machinery. Moderate in cost and somewhat expensive than other shops in Nedumangadu area.
Bad Service. I couldn't find any priority order . I had waited for 2 hours for printing my visiting card and even paid cutting charges. The technician asked to wait for 1 hour , after 1 hour i recieved my visiting card covered in newspaper. I haven't opened the cover till i reached my office at eranakulam. When i saw those card i was totally disappointed, the cards were of no use ,as they were improperly cutted. Even though i have paid for cutting and i havent recived the quality for that payment. I tried informing the authirites (one of the managing partner ) she thold me that it was the desing that caused the error, and doesnt even tried to compensate or rectify the error . Please try to treat ever customer equaly and values their suggestions and opinion.
