3 bedroom villa with good and helpful staff

Cook Manas and the consultant Arbaaz were adamant, resistant, negative, scary and annoying. We have been troubled nightmarish in a 12 hrs trip. Every simple request was shot down before we ask and on top of it these guys kept shouting and fighting till 1AM with us. My advise, if you are traveling with family, kids and elderly, pls strictly avoid it at any cost. I would like the owner of this place to call me and discuss the issue in detail
Amazing place for a day outing, i had been there with my family had an amazing experience, totally worth it, in terms of hospitality i can say i had a wonderful experience rather than a 5 star resort
Short review - PATHETIC. Very bad experience, do not recommend, or you will end up suffering as we did . Detailed review - 1. The website/online pictures are not what we ended up getting - extremely misleading. It is part of a gated community/villa project. So rows of buildings inside a compound. That's your view. 2. The main living room/drawing did not have air-conditioning and during our stay the fan was also not working. 3. We did not have electricity through out the night. They did not switch on the diesel generator, instead only the inverter (I am assuming as a cost cutting measure) and as a result the air conditioners did not work in the night. 4. There are a lot of wild monkeys in the area, as the sliding windows cannot be locked from inside, the monkeys slide open the door and gained access into the house, ransacked the food and our belongings. 5. Most of the electrical fixtures were either broken or not working. 6. No toiletries / dustbins in the toilets. 7. The only positive about our stay was that the food served was good. (That's why the 1 star) This is not about a bad experience, but rather an incident of cheating / fraudulence. From the misleading prebooking information to the intentional switching off of the generator to the lack of even a fan (forget AC) in the living area, to not informing us that the monkeys know to open the windows (the caretakers later told us that this happens commonly, as to why they did not warn us about it beforehand I don't know). We paid Rs.30,000 per night for our villa and were subjected to so much hardship. Sincere request to those considering this place - kindly avoid it !

Deplorable,lacking in basic ameneties like electricity and infrastructure. Not worth the amout paid and definatly not a high end property.The website is very misleading.Pathetic place.I am angry just writing about this place. The basics are missing.Have never had such a bad experience.i will not even give one star if it was possible. This place is on a developing row house property.Not as they show it to be.The Villa given to us was the model apartment,extremely badly done interiors. 1. The fan on the sitting area didn't work.So we had no place to hang out. 2. AC in the rooms didn't work.There was no electricity in the night so it was a nightmare. 3. In one of the rooms there was neither ac nor fan.just mattresses. 4. There is no hot water or soap. 5. The place is infested with wild mokeys who opened the windows and entered the house and stole food and our babies toys.Extremely unsafe. 6. There is no proper caretaker but just a bunch of low level uneducated guys. Extremely dissapppinting.And we paid 30 k for one night.
Service was not gr8, place was okay, the pool is probably more like 4 bathtubs put together.
