Cancelled his service after wasting my time for months of discussions. Backing out in the end moment because of the incompetent and incomplete service offered for exorbitant amount of money for a small work. Assumed to be a professional but no luck. He couldn't manage to get a fabricator needed to get the work done. Poor experience. Recommend only if you've lot of time with you to ask him for status or progress and you are ready to run plumbing/fabrication errands for him.

I don't really know what is the kind of quality of work the person provides. But I have definitely had a horrible experience reaching out to him. I have been trying to call him continuously for the last one month but have been able to connect with him once. That time I had requested him to pay a visit to our house to figure out what's the best course of action for installing a rain water harvesting plant. Maybe an installation won't be possible but not responding to calls and messages over a month isn't called for. Definitely won't recommend service from a person who isn't courteous enough. Reply to your response: You're absolutely right for me to not give you a low rating for your service without getting any service from you. But I also can't give you a 5 star for the same reason. I gave a one star rating because I had to give one. In response to your claim of us having a conversation, let me tell you that we have spoken once when you were travelling and you said you would get back to me. After that it was me who has made multiple attempts to contact you. So it would be wrong for you to tell that you have asked me for information and I wasn't able to provide it. Matter of the fact still remains that you haven't asked me for any information.
