Was living here for the last one year. The owner is very greedy and mean. I asked him for electricity bill but he never gave us one.. He charged 1000 electricity bill in winters too.. 200 for water and 500 per person for only fridge electricity. I asked him for my security but didnt even return that Guys dont go there. He will talk sweetly but will show his real face when u will ask him for bill.. Will not even give keys and get in the room without permission.. Dont go there its not safe . he installled the camera in lobby as well.. There are much better and safe place in rohini. Be safe guys..
Worst place to live.. If you’re a college student and looking for a PG then don’t go here.. It is the worst place. Owner is psycho, greedy and selfish. He will charge you for everything and give you no service in return.
