Take money in advance from them. Don't trust them blindly. Pakke Lalaji wala attitude. Incompetent management and highly intimidating represtatives will try to learn things from you that won't give you any returns. Sign a deal/MoU with them with clear deliverables and most importantly, take money in advance. Good luck.
