Purchased a Pen Drive (HP 32 GB) 18-Jul-2020. The Pendrive did not work when I opened and checked the very next day. Came to the shop for replacement with the original bill (attached) on 26-Jul-2020. Not even 10 days have passed since the date of purchase. The Owner said that I have to go to the epair center\. So you buy trash from this shop which gives bad name to companies like HP, and then you are told to go to company service center for repair. And then small shop keepers like these cry why sites like Amazon are prospering. Its better to buy from Amazon etc., I guess, since they at least provide replacement. Rs. 450 went straight to dustbin. Don't buy from this shop!!
