Reliance tyre does no even deserve a single star! I have been their an old customer but from last 3-4 years things have changed. i bought 2 tyres for my BMW. they were supposed to be \Run on flat\ (atleast this is what i paid for) but they were normal tyres (attaching pic). Reliance tyres is totally fraud now. they ask to pay you for some item but actually give you something else. and this was not enough. My tyre got blasted on the road and they were just 2000 km driven. When i called Reliance Tyre, there was no assistance provided and they didnot even have time to listen to me. why would we visit a shop when they cheat and dont provide any assistance during emergencies?

They do spend time on your car but will align it weirdly. My car was aligned without keeping the steering in the centre position. That's easy right. Now I have a car that still pulls left with steering too tilted to the left.
