Poor customer service. Exorbitant cost of parts (almost 2.5 times for some items (contrary to what Hyundai has published on their website). Handed over my Verna for a free service at 0920 in the morning. Although the vehicle was ready mechanically at 12:25 PM, they could deliver the car only at 4:45 PM. The executives I interacted had shallow knowledge and didn't know their job. The cost of engine oil is almost 2.5 times to what Hyundai recommends on their website. Inspite of a free service, negligible repairs and replacements; the service center managed to make a quick 8000/- from me. Worse is the attitude of the customer service head who's purely defensive of the actions and inefficiencies of his staff. Behaved unlike a customer service head. I wouldnot recommend anyone to this place. Instead would advice people to buy the best engine oil suiting your car's requirement from the open market and hand it over to the service center. Overall a pathetic experience. Poor exhibit for brand Hyundai.

I have been sending my santafe SUV for servicing to hans Hyundai. Yesterday also I sent my car for servicing but in late evening it was returned back with A.C vent two jaalis (front broken) and I am told in the evening that this piece cost rs 10k. When I sent the car in the morning these were intact and when the car was inspected on arrival these were ok. In the evening I was informed that this is broken and the knobs were quietly placed on the front seat left side. Since it is a costly SUV and all spare parts are Korean, sombody has played mischief by replacing my car A.C vent with broken ones. I have braught it to the notice of the coordinator but no reply received. It is a case of a broken trust .
