Nice person. Edited my review- Service was worst. I had paid 5k my watch stop working in 1 month. They haven't repaired it and charged the amount.

Don't go here.and don't even think about repairing Ur watch here. The staff looked at my watch citizen eco drive which I gave for repair and they returned it saying it's ok. The watch was dead. I told them the crown isn't working. They replied it will work if the battery is charged. I told them the crown is a mechanical mechanism and it should work battery or no battery. Old man sitting at the counter says to the repair guy - doesnt matter I won't understand. Yes. I won't .I'm just a doctor and he's a highly educated sales guy.
