Community center is community market along side with residential area of Julena, New friends colony, Sukhdev Vihar, Ishwar Nagar, Zakir Nagar. However it is near to Jamia, Okhla, Batla house. It's nice place to hangout with family and friends. it's close to Surya hotel. Sukhdev vihar metro station is nearest metro station. There are many eatries, bar, restaurant available such as Al Bake, Nazeer, Zahra, Brijwasi, Ego Thai, Pebble street, Newly open barbeque nation. Other fast food restaurant such McD's Domino's, Pizza hut also available here. Parking is wheel chair accessible. General store such as Modern bazar, Chayos, Looks salon , Optimart. Sweets store like Naathus, Baskin Robin available.
The place is known as CC for local residents. It is a community center located in New friends colony south Delhi. Interestingly it has ATMs of almost all the banks. Besides, you get good places to shop for your daily grocery needs. A little congested though and would do better with some cleaning around.
It is more of local shoping center. It has good eating joints and specialy for non vegetarian if you don't have problem with halal.
