The staff is very good and accommodating. They take care that you are satisfied with your car even after taking the delivery of the vehicle. Mr Sachin and Mr Nitin are a stand out .Do approach them if you are planning to opt for a Tata car.

Probably the worst Tata Car showrooms in New Delhi. At the time of taking booking amount they tell you that the Tata Motors Finance Ltd will take care of the finance process for the car and will provide the entire amount outside the scope of initial down payment. They will chase you till they get their cheque, go to the extent of going to your office/home for menial tasks like getting documents and further promise to deliver the car within a week. The real side is shown after the expected date of delivery, at first they will find faults in loan application and then ask for additional documents which is completely irrelevant to the application. Then they will say that the car is ready but the loan application would not go through because your address is of a NCR Area and not precisely in New Delhi. Then they will take their own sweet time and announce that the loan amount sanctioned for the car is 1 lakh rupees less than what you've applied for and try to extort more money as down payment citing the residence at Gurgaon as an issue for non-sanction of the entire loan amount. For those who say Tata has changed and is making a different approach towards their business should definitely visit this retailer for an eye-opening experience. Never recommending this showroom or its staff towards purchase of a TATA Car.
