I had purchased some cushions ,fabric for blinds etc from this place.i was very much impressed by their prints however after using the cotton fabric for blinds the fabric started fading after 3 months.when you roll the blinds ,part of the fabric face outward which is exposed to the outdoors .That part started fading.I was totally disappointed.On contacting them for a solution they said sorry they cannot help as the print is old now .I told them that if they really want to help they can even replace it with another print .it was just a matter of 3 Meters but they refused to replace .I was surprised at the customer service.Really pathetic.would not recommend blinds being made from any of their cotton fabrics as they fade even if slightly exposed to sunlight.I didn't try any normal curtains with their fabric they might work but after using such poor fabric quality and a pathetic customer service would not even try.

I have purchased from Cottons & Satins many times, as well as many of my friends. They have beautiful fabrics, and if they don't have what you're looking for in the store, they can most likely order it for you. I recently had an issue with a curtain order I made, and the owner was quick to make everything right. The customer service experience was one of the best I've received while in India.
