i request ganesh labs for covid testing.... nd ganesh lab agent (i think they give more commission to agents)forwarded call to their agent ..whithout putting that in my knowledge \crl\ lab sent me their agent finnaly the one who collected sample not giving me my report ....ganesh labs said we dont hav report.. crl lab\ worst part\....i asked for my report said them to send it to registered mobile no.... they said no...we will send it to that bloody broker whom they give more commission to forward other labs coustomer to them.. at least patients should get their report To RMN.. if sample and money is collected by ur agent(crl) very bad on your part crl

Please don't book a Covid test from this laboratory! The person didn't come on the scheduled timing and delayed it further (Though the test was urgent)

Sample mismatched In the time of pandemic. People who attend are not well educated doesn't even know how to read reports. Delayed reports with false results. No hygiene home collection service. Enters house without PPe kits. Time age on the reports is writteb wrong. Worst experience.

Worst experience. Called them like hundred times for Covid Result, but they are least bothered picking up telephone calls. All they want is Rs.2400. @CRL have some shame.
