I sent my car for service first time in the service center, cab driver picked my car and I got the call that your car has been arrived, mr. Ritesh was manager there who arranged the service. Every thing was going fine because I was not personally visited there so according to me everything was fine. After service I made the payment online. Car got delivered .. Now when the problem started. When I drive my car I found there is a pick up issue. I got a call from deep Hyundai. And I reported them about the issue. They assured me to resolve the issue at my home. One engineer visited my home did some spray etc. But problem was still there. Then they again collect my car to service center .. And took it for 2 days but they were unsure about the issue .. Finally they reported me that due to rat bites there were some issue in pickup .. now God knows if they are saying true or false because I was not there. After 2 days they delivered my car and I found one of my car tail light was not working. Now I was thinking if I sent my car to make it repair or make it worse. A very bad experiance I had with Deep Hyundai. Below image is representing the service they did. No cleaning in injector area of engine.
