They don’t accept responsibility if visa gets rejected, they are not flexible, they want money before delivery, they don’t know what is allowed for visa- Lala company. I had a photograph with specs and they printed same after minor tweeting, when asked about specs - they said that it would work. Later when it got rejected, they didn’t accept responsibility and wanted without specs photo taken. I also wanted 4 pics each of me and my wife but they refused. I wanted with specs unedited photo to be sent on mail but they refused. I wanted to pay later, they refused. They pushed semi Matt and for this reason it got rejected yet they didn’t take any responsibility. They didn’t even give me an option for full Matt. They are running a business with no responsibility and no flexibility. I wonder what they would do for other work when they are so bad in passport size photographs.

Photography is good but slightly non accommodative. I have asked him to give me 4 photo with spectacles and 4 without spectacles for visa. But he denied and told that you have to pay separately for both. All other visa photo studio does it.
