Anyone 25 years old or younger please don't consult her. She is a typical boomer. Rather than reducing your anxiety or depression she'll further worsen it and will prescribe you heavy medication without even properly understanding your condition. Condition of psychiatry in India is beyond pathetic.

I took online video consultant. After prepared prescription I want to take some inquiry but she didn't not respond. I paid 2000 rupees but it's totally waste. Already trying to consult in whatsapp but she didn't respond.ask to medicine related queries but she didn't respond.

I took an online session for my mother's illness. I paid the fees and she listened to me very patiently at first..prescribed medicine for her but when I asked her a few queries, she did not respond. I tried to follow up for a week but no response from their side. It was peculiar and weird..wasted money

Understanding and provides correct diagnosis. Fees may be a little bit high but you get what you pay for. Recommendeded

After paying a small fortune for the unnecessarily expensive sessions, I had to pay money to listen to doctor read my report. I also hate how they only spend 15-20 minutes per patient rather than devoting appropriate amount of time. I guess they are more concerned with making money than giving their patients proper care. Edit: Since I can't respond to the owner's reply separately, I'm posting mine here: Dear Serenity Clinic team, Nice try using marketing-language in your response. You can talk about your charity work and your imported technology all you want, but those are just words. They don't make up for your unethical services. How are your \imported technology\ relevant to the price I had to pay? My sessions had nothing to do with your technology and infact I didn't even get to see these technologies you speak of. So, why do I have to pay exorbitant price for counseling sessions in which those technologies weren't used? And what about your team wasting so much time by reading reports in the session? I can see that all other negatives reviews have brought this up too. Do you purposely waste time on counseling session to afford those \high tech imported technologies\ too? You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to capitalize on people desperately seeking medical attention.
