Worst experience while getting treated from Dr. Piyush Ranjan. At day 1 after attending 8-10 patientatge doctor wrntaway for hours, my appointment was for at 11:00 AM approx and i got attenatt at 3:00PM that too by asking multiple times for my number and the secretary of the doctor Ms. Anita is too rude to everyone as when i shared my 1st experience of the time issue she replied in a very rude manner that He( Piyush Ranjan) is a big doctor, you will always be getting this timing issue. As suggested by doctor, i got my endoscopy and biopsy done and when after 5 days i called thrice to the hospital number to check whether the biopsy report is available by now or not the person picked the call and had put the receiver on side and kept talking to some other person. After 3 calls i called the doctor to check about my report, He didn't even listen to me completely and disconnected the call by saying that i can collect my report from the hospital. I was told that if the biopsy report is found normal then i have to get colonoscopy done. After 2days of the worst calling experience with the hospital staff, on 3rd day i get to know that the report is available now, i called up the doctor to ask if i have to take some precautions a day before for the colonoscopy again he didn't listen to me completely and disconnected the call by saying that take an appointment and visit the hospital to show him the report. In the same hospital my mother get treated from Dr. Aman Makhija and he is so polite to the patient as well as to their family members, whenever required he is avalavail on the calls too. The experience within a hospital with 2 different doctors is too different. I would never ever suggest anyone to go to Dr. Piyush Ranjan.
