I have a courier expected to deliver on 3rd August from Amazon. It was reached to ECOM express Kanhangad/Nileswaram branch on 28th July. Till 3rd August evening nobody called from this branch, Then I approached Amazon, ECOM express then I got the local center number and I called. I have asked him why you didn't inform me in 7 days that item reached, why he didn't deliver it. He said he has only a scooter and it is difficult to deliver in rain :) 7 days continuously rain? and He asked me, can I mark it as delivered and you can come and pick it up! I said without receiving to me why you want to mark as delivered, even if you never attempted for delivery. Then he said you can come and pick me up tomorrow morning! Though I have paid for door step delivery, He asked me to go for pickup. I went today for pickup, by the item returned. He said Amazon asked for a return. I have called amazon and they said they will never ask for a return before attempting delivery, also it is close to the delivery point and never ask for a return. It will be charged for amazon so we won't. Because of this local ECOM express guy attitude the item returned, He intentionally didn't want to deliver it to me. They NEVER call for DELIVERY, always people have to go and PICKUP items. I wont order anything from AMAZON, FLIPKART etc if the delivery partner is ECOM Express. ECOM Express started with the Ex - Blue-Dart team of you, But I think you people didn't bring those values and quality to ECOM, That is why the company and its staff behaved like this to a customer.

Literally pathetic,they picked up the product on 22nd july 2020 but not put in transit till 31st july. Customer care is ask for wait 24 hours. I waited Next day again they do the same and repeated from 26th july which was my delivery date Need to learn a lot from others

Fake company fake address if you want your package to get steal go through this company they show status of package delivered nd keep package to them if you really wanna know their trye caller just go through their address you ll get to know whether this review is right or not STRONGLY SAYING DON'T USE THIS COMPANY they are THIEVES.

Pathetic service, should shut down. Not received my parcel since 10 days. Customer care is also clueless. Their phone directory is not updated. Not reliable at all.

Other courier service is much better and faster than Ecom, My packet still not delivered. everyday status shows one place to another. Still Now, Today I haven't received. it was shipped on 1Nov. and today is 7th . Shipped from Gujarat. HOPELESS Courier
