2 Stars only because of Pricing - I received the best and most competitive Otherwise 1 star because of Pathetic Customer dealing and after sales behaviour, seems like doing a favour on the customer.interacted with Mr Umesh, unethical sales personnel, doesn't stick to his promises at all. Hope these things improve.

Most unprofessional and non ethical dealer in East Delhi. I bought a Semi Automatic washing machine and paid the amount in advance. The charges were supposed to include a washing kit, which was not delivered with the unit, even though it was mentioned on the bill. I have been reminding them since last two days but the same has not been delivered. Not sure why will a customer believe this dealer for an efficient after sales service. Please be aware before dealing with this dealer.
Satisfied with product quality and service provided by them also got best price.
Worst services you can ever expect. They delever product in 3 to 4 days and don't even care to book instalation call I got product in 4 days and installation still pending and best past is they don't even ans the call. If you plan to visit this place, I suggest not to, just opposite to this you have vijay sales and sargam they are way better n they value customers and they know how to treat customer.
