This service center is the prime example of poor customer services. My complains are deliberately being delayed and what should have been done within hours has taken more than 4 days. Their style of working is not cooperating with customers but instead harassing them. I was greeted by a rude management whose purpose seems to irritate the customer to such an extend that he is forced to comply to their unethical demands.

I had the worst experience with Samsung Service Center- Safdurjung Enclave, Delhi. They try to get delay you so that they can cross the 14 day warranty. They have the most unhelpful and misleading staff. After showing them the software glitch in person to their person, I was told later that our engineers did not find any glitch. Highly diappointed with Samsung products and their customer service. I spoke to the owner Mr. Garg, Muhammad Ali and Bhawna- They all mislead me, did not want to take responsibility for anything.

This service center is the prime example of what you call red tapism. This service center has made us come here for past three days and I don't know how many days more to come. Rude would be the behavior I'll call and I was greeted with an arrogance by the staff. Extremely dissatisfied.

Its my first time visit to Samsung Service Center in the Morning I first contact their Phone no to get more info about the service but he hangup on me as i ask him in English (might be he didn't understand English) i reach there place at 12:45 p.m and my issue was My Samsung Galaxy M30 had a blue and purple color spot on the screen and its spreading across the screen day by day although the screen is still visible and no isssues at all.. i ask the counter Girl whether its possible to repair the screen without replacing it but she said the screen display needs to be replace, after agreeing for the replacement i waited from 1:15 p.m till 4:30 p.m just to replace the Display screen and it cost me Rs 4227/ with 90days of warranty. The result is good as its they attach the genuine part, a big question is i was asking for the old display screen but they would not allow to give me out as she told me that the old display screen needs to be deliver to the company.. well i assume that they will repair it and attach my old Display screen to someone else Phone... instead of just replacing the whole display screen if there is a way to repair the old default screen display than i would save some bucks. Besides everything would be perfect if they hire people who understand English for customer who doesnt speak hindi influently.
