I did not get my report on time. Had to cancel my flight due to *technical error we are sorry your report is not yet into the system* ! Also I saw that the guy who took my sample contaminated it by touching his gloves. The report was negative, got it 6 hours late!!

Worst lab ever. They promise to deliver COVID PCR test results in 4 to 6 hours, but did not deliver mine until next day. I don’t know on what basis the government approved this lab to carry out operations at T3 Delhi. My recommendation to everyone is that don’t fall prey to their false promise; rather get yourself tested somewhere else if you do not want to miss your flight schedule.

They don’t even eligible for one star. Their staff missed up our two reports. We have to cancel our flight. They are so rude and didn’t even wear the mask. We are still waiting for our reports after 12 hours. We did our test at night i think they were half asleep. They put our all information wrong. This is just a game i guess.

I took the COVID test on 25th at IGI and still haven't received my report(after 6 days). I don't know how they have managed to get their set up at IGI? What if one of the person who has taken the test gets tested positive? In one week they could spread the virus to so many people. This should seriously be looked into by IGI Airport and the government, not is it just a bad service but it's also a threat.

The worst experience ever. This lab isn't equipped to handle the operations at T3. We got the tests done at T3 terminal, Delhi airport at 8 AM. The reports were supposed to be out within 4 to 6 hours. It's been more than 11 hours now and there is no sign of the results. On top of it, they purposely do NOT pick any of their phone numbers. Neither can th y deliver the reports on time, nor have any customer service. For passengers flying on a tight schedule, please do NOT get stuck with this lab. Rather look for any other reliable lab which can atleast deliver your reports on time.
