I used their service on 05/07/2020 to send a big suitcase and a golf bag to Hong Kong. I got the golf bag packed in front of me so they did a good job with it but my suitcase was packed in my absence. This suitcase was supposedly opened at the customs and after the inspection they didn't bother to wrap it with the bubble wrap again (see photo). It came to HK in 3 days but somehow even after giving them the correct address the delivery got delayed by 2 days saying 'incorrect delivery address'. After back and forth we finally received it but the suitcase was heavily damaged. It is a one of the most toughest and unbreakable suitcases and they managed to completely break it. (See the photos attached, its not just a crack but its broken) This is an expensive service and I didn't expect they will treat my luggage so badly. I paid around Rs 31,000 for this pathetic service. I complained obviously but they did not offer any solution or discount for damaging my suitcase which is worth Rs 20,000. My repeated complaints went to a deaf ear and the owner, Roushan, did not provide any solution and completely ignored our attempts to reach out to him. Highly disappointed. DO NOT USE THEM. Probably they are just good for delivering medicines and have no experience when it comes to bigger and important luggage. AVOID THEM.

My shipment was from Noida to Singapore. I was totally surprised and shocked when I saw the condition of the Boxes. They have done the normal packing at home and nothing labelled in the Boxes like crockery , fragile goods. when I asked to mention the detail in the box they said they will do the same in the Godown. I also said OK. Many of the crockery items were damaged like dinner set , Mugs, Bowl, Borosil items , Photo frame. The condition of packing was terrible as packing is not good and nothing mention in the box whether its contain crockery or something like that handle with care .Due to which such damages happen . The packer and movers had given so much promising words but nothing was actually. Even Electric stuff like Food Processor, Air fryer and Coffee maker were broken . We have claim the same but no revert from them till now. We have done so many shifting in India from one city to another but never experience this ever. I really suggest not go with this packer movers because they dont stick with their words and promises. Poor services as per the charges.Worst .
