Had a terrible experience with servicing at this dealership. I own a Ford aspire 1.5 diesel 2016 model. My Car had gone in for servicing at 54000km approx. on 23 Dec 20, in spite of telling them that there is some noise in suspension and clutch is hard, they completed the service of the car without addressing the above issues but still charged 11500/- ( including a labour cost of 6000/-!!!!). Just 10 days after receiving the car, the gearstick became loose and suspension started making rattling noises (which were there even previously, but softer). I took my car to a local mechanic, they actually showed me the worn out suspension, gearbox and clutch assembly. But the MIGHTY FORD experts didn’t bother to inform us about the existing problems in these parts after servicing and had delivered the car with ALL OK status. Now have to spend an additional 30k for these parts. Even after asking them again as to why they didn’t diagnose or report it to me (customer), the team remains in denial that it “must” have been told by them. Totally disappointed with the professionalism and integrity of the team. Also, charging the customers exuberantly with hidden and unnecessary charges. Will never let them come near my car again!
