Would give 0 star if possible. Very disappointing service. 1- internet connection disrupts very frequently and it takes them 1-2 days to fix after a lot of begging on the customer care and the local technician. 2- Seldom got the promised speed. A 5mbps connection would not even give 150 kbps download. And if more than 2 devices are connected then it gets worse. 3- NEVER give them your permanent mobile number as they will harass you to no end. I had deposited the modem, requested the customer care executive to delete my subscription and my contact info 8 months ago. I still get calls and sms on daily basis.

Worst, customer service provider. #1 You need to call customer service 3times for them to resolve the issue which still might take alot of time. #2 My internet services were due for renewal on December 9th, 15-20days before the due date there will be calls for offers relating to the renewals, once you reject the offers, your internet will be stopped 15-20days before the actual due date under the name of technical default (to which they won't listen to you like on #1) This is the kind of worst policy this company follows.
