Payment deducted for renewal of Insurance but no certificate received. They are not responding on mail as wel as helpline no. Note: Lastly I found that all mails from Hero Insurance broking automatically transferred to my "Spam" mail box/ "Junk" box due to my high security setting, as advised by helpline of Hero insurance broking limited. So, I advise you to check the "Spam"/"Junk" mail box.

I renewed a policy by a link was sent by massage on 10th May 2020 even filled mail id column then not received soft copy on mail. It was first n last time Suggest to all don't take online policy like which is sent in massage with link. Because they wait for payment then forget their responsibility

I am desperately trying to contact them (but no one is picking up phone & landline phone seems busy all time) cause my two wheeler done thru them online but I am yet to get Document from last two months.
