Very bad Experience about HIL , The vendor payment systems so delay it means 2 to 3 years time required to release the payment. After that it is doubtful to clear the payment. The Management is sitting there in office to given false commitment and every day three to four Vendors were sitting in his office , So there is no reply and response. So beware of Vendor to Supply the material.
