Their service quality is mind blowing great. I had booked a room for celebrating my wife’s bday. After understanding that they coordinated with hotel to arrange decoration and a special cake for us. My daughter was thrilled to get a special gift from the hotel arranged by IG hospitality. Grateful to them for an enjoyable day out.
I had booked my stay through IG hospitality for my trip to Fairmont, jaipur and I would defiantly recommend to everyone to surely plan their travel itineraries through them. The best part was that I had booked for a deluxe category room but due to IG hospitality efforts my room was upgraded to Gold Category free of charge. So guys do check out. Had a fantastic experience with IG Hospitality. Booked a stay at The Himlayan in Manali through them for my husband's 40th. They not only got us the best price, but also coordinated with the hotel for arranging a bonfire celebration! Even with last minute bookings, they are extremely quick to respond. I recently took a trip, my first after the pandemic hit and there was no one else I could trust more than IG Hospitality. I took resort suggestions from them too, and we chose Utsav Camps is Sariska which is a beautiful property and we had a great experience there. Their team member, Avadesh was constantly in touch with me through out the trip to make sure everything was smooth. They are going to be my go to travel partners always!
