be advised Rakesh kumar is a crook he is a thief. since june 28th 2018 i sent him more than 1000 he didn't send my order. I kept calling him he said he sent the package, he gave created shipping labels but never got my order. a month later i talked to him he stated he is in dubai i have to wait one week till he get back home. for 4 months he is not picking up my calls nor replying to texts.

I ordered hair from this company..the hair that he showed me on video was totally different from what i got.. ITS NOT VIRGIN HAIR ITS HORRRIBLE...I TOLD MR. Kumar that he should not sell this hair..I work hard for my money.. do not buy..hair is not good

The hair is awful, it mattes and tangles and sheds. The WHOLE NINE YARDS. The hair has not even been worn yet and it tangles on its own. His raw hair is not pure i'm sure it's a mix. When I told Rajan about the problem he told me to condition and wash the hair (as I did) the hair dried and continued to tangle and matte. I explained the problem to rajan and he told me to "straighten the hair", now please explain to me why would I order wavy hair to wear it straight? all curly or texture hair tangles to an extent but this was obviously a problem in the quality. The vendor that continued to say that I was coming up with excuses about his product. Why would I care about bashing his product? I am looking for long term business I have no desire or want to lie about the quality of a product. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR .
I don't know when i visited there. May be I'm nearby to it.
Worst hair ever it tangles on the first day! It definitely isn’t raw hair and when I washed it some of the bundles had black dye on them.
