Every dark cloud has a silver lining, the silver lining of this pandemic has been that we've got the chance to attend Nivedita ma'ams yoga class via zoom. Ma'am provides the purest, in depth knowledge of this beautiful, scientific form of yoga. Ma'am's precise observations, individual attention and enormous knowledge are astounding ! Every Asana is taught in great detail, from the toes, to the muscles, to the bone structure and much much more.. minute instructions are given in class, shown on a model and then practiced by the students, multiple variations are given for students to benefit ease of movement. *I doubt if any yoga teacher gives such detailed instructions and then pays so much attention in an actual class that Ma'am pays in a virtual class.* I consider myself lucky to be her student.

Highly scientific and precise, this is the best school for learning Iyengar yoga from a teacher who keeps all the principles intact and insists on motivating you to give your best. My back issue of scoliosis is completely cured and I continue to enjoy learning and practicing with Nivedita ma'am. Each class is new, with so much detail and depth. The yoga centre is serene and calming and the premises is beautiful. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone!
