Doesn't provide a service slip, and doesnot register your service request/complaints. All the complaints are handled manually, perhaps because Jio doesnot want to register or formally record any complaints or defects or service requests, so that they can brag about \Zero Complaints\ received status. And it's the same case in all the Jio Service Centers Corruption and Monopoly has reached newer heights. FunFact - The largest telecom network in the country has \NO contact numbers\ for their service centers, the employees refuse to provide.

Very bad service center. Phone does not repair in front of us. If you want to take battery only they not provide you easily.

Not supporting. They assured u to resolve ur issue but they don't. Simply kept ignoring . Worst experience that you can get from staff. Also very offraod location . not easily traceble and u cant get there without help of locals.
