Awesome gym and nice environment with all facilities if u are beginners or advanced will follow you for sure in workout they know better skills or knowledge how to trained people.️\u200d️ The gym is great and the trainers are excellent. Very well equipped with all the machines I personally love this Gym.. the type of expert’s guidance you get her in non-compatible.. Especially Trainers has a great knowledge about his field and the type of assistance he gives is all that shows his dedication.. its a great place to get yourself high.. When I joined, gym was fine. Trainers are helpful and environment was great for workout. But later they started integrating zumba and other group activities in the same limited area. Which makes hard for other people to workout, also the music was loud enough to give you headache, and not forget the high prices which changes every month in order to get new customers but they ignore the old ones as they have already paid them.
The most unfriendly gym you can visit in Delhi. The staff thinks they own the people who come there. I was asked to stop in the middle of a session and step out because they weren’t ready to wait till my workout ended to take the fees from me. They demanded I pay first and then only I’ll be allowed to continue. The receptionist will keep on calling you and be very friendly at first in order to make you join the gym but her attitude changes the minute you enter the gym and don’t obey her terms.
The gym is very small, soo many people stuffed in a couldron , staff and manager have an attitude issue! They think people are running after them....
Very hopeless place No one should think even going there.
