Worst experience.staff are ignorant. Seems like staff are least bothered about customer satisfaction. On time delivery is impossible in this store. Will never purchase anything from this store not even recommend anyone. Don't waste time and money in this lenskart store.

i have taken by glasses during the lockdown. I was happy to see the how the store maintained social distancing. The store executive were very helpful and cooperative. This was my second visit to the store as their customer service is very good. i got my pair glasses the very nest day as i made a request to expedite the delivery .

Worst experience, They just care about selling their products and did not even bothered to get the alignment done properly once the product is purchased and was asking to buy a new one. one of the worst centres of lenskart. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT, poor service.
