My experience with MixedFolios was Bad. We gave a full job of design and refurbishment of our house in Dwarka but we were let down on all fronts. They subcontracted the whole job to a labour contractor at different specifications compared to what was agreed. They bought substandard items from market which we never expected and had to prove them. At the end when we had already paid large share most of work was done with very poor finish. Both partners blame each other for any issue and keep giving excuses. Their design capabilities, planning are very poor and most of activities are handled by their labour contractor.
