We believe its important for individuals to learn about themselves. The value of "knowing thyself"​ is so undisputed as to be a cliché, but conveying to children that they are worth knowing about seems fundamental to healthy self-respect and self-esteem. We therefore aim to facilitate this understanding of an individuals life by combining topics that encompass understanding oneself and dealing effectively with others. With our workshops/sessions we aim to instill values that become inseparable part of the individuals personality.
