Very Bad Experience , Not Recommended. Center Locking Stopped Working In 2 Years And They Still Want You To Pay For Defective Unit Because You Dont Have Warranty Card. Month And Year Of Manufacturing Is There (April 2019 ) In Unit But Still No Warranty Because We Misplaced The Warranty Card. Pathetic People. Not At All Recommended.

Your dealer has replaced your already manufactured defected product with the new one. And again to astonishment the new product replaced by the dealer also got defected..The dealer is also suffering so m i .The particular dvr manufactured in your lot has manufacturing defects.The newely opened dvr didnt even last for one month.The product is sold by your company and the dealer and i am suffering by paying excessive amount for the substandard product .The quality of the product manufactured is not as described , Your manufactured product sold is defected and i have been exploited as i have been charged for the quality of which i have not been provided.Your new product stops working within a month and somehow if i am not having the warranty card which is quite common we sometimes unknowingly misplace theings, of which your company is taking advantage by totally denying and taking the responsibility of your manufactured defected product only for the reason absence of warranrty card.It is also suggested the the manufacturing dates of the product can also be identified by serial numbers if manufactured by responsible company or if the company intentionally dont want to disturb the customers willingly.
