worst experience of my life with banking staff. collection department of RBL (as they told me on call ) is no less than a gang who threat customers and their customers' parents and abuse them on call. this is how a bank operate in INDIA and deal with customers. Bank does not have time to reply on emails but do have time visit customer's associated address and people in this COVID 19 situation. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE.
