Absolutely appalling experience. Overcharged for everything. They charged for a large dog when the breed is medium size, charged extra to remove knots, extra for applying some silly spray. We basically ended up paying an extra 1500- 2,000 for nonsense. Would recommend going to Heads up for Tails again. When I tried to speak to the owner / manager to clear it out, she refused to speak with me. Extremely unprofessional.
Great place with awesome energy. They take such good care of your dogs and the staff is super efficient and passionate about their work! Must visit !!
They keep changing appointments last minute and its really not cool, every one has a lot to adjust in their calendar, and then they cant even adjust a single appointment to their second branch? really disheartened by their poor customer response, I only bring my dog for a haircut when he gets too dirty and its unbearable for us, and then casually getting to know from their side an hour prior to our appointment that 'please bring your dog in 2-3 days' I am forced to try other pet grooming services now.
