This is a place where, offices rent a one or two room for their work. They get a shared reception, a cafeteria and shared concierge. When I entered it appeared its a hotel wherein the corridor was less wide, giving a claustrophobic appearance. Guess if you want a shared office space in a prime location it isn't a bad choice. This would probably be saving some money to the tenants. The best part is its proximity to Nehru Place metro station and it's location in Eros.

The center is pathetic. There AC in business lounge does not work after multiple complaints. Their simple logic is that AC is working and we don't care about the vents. They are also not ready to give the replacements. This center should be shut down

It provides pathetic working conditions. Their tagline should read that we will create all the possible roadblocks so that you cannot focus on your work. It is hard to imagine to construct a business centre where there is nil/no mobile network. The usage of common facilities are also denied. There is absolute disregard and disrespect to the issues raked/faced by the occupiers. Forget about being proactive, they fail to be reactive to the problems addressed by people. Totally avoidable.
