The owner did not listen to me when I said my bleach was not done properly. I had to convince her and tell her that it's not. I took the deal which their agent was selling. He exchanged heaD massage for a pedicure but the owner refused. Their agent says something else while the owner else. They did not make me comfortable. She entered the room when I was getting waxed without knocking. They make you feel you a responsibility not a valued customer. I only will go back because I need to finish my paid services. It's not a good place. The staff is very inexperienced as well.
