Very worst service. I had given a token money of 5000 for a renting a house in Delhi. It has been more than 20 days that I had paid amount. They didn't agree for any repair works and above all they first accepted my conditions (32k per month for two years{actually in that area the max rent is 30 k only..for 2bhk} and then denied them after taking token amount. I had to accept some more conditions{ 5% rent increase after 11 months and 500 maintenance fee {there is no lift .. don't know what maintenance they are going to do.. even the kitchen, bathroom, iron wardrobes are 40yrs old and in pathetic condition.} Even after accepting all those stupid conditions I need to run behind them since they are not at all informing the proceedings. The communication between owner and company is also bad. Till now they didn't call. The owner (3 of the family members are dealing this.. each one has different conditions! ) has not yet said final decision. The house has been vacant for more than 2 months . Don't give your house to this company otherwise you have to suffer.
