'THE INFORMATION MENTIONED BY ME IS GENUINELY MINE AND TRUE, NOT WRITTEN TO HURT ANYBODIES SENTIMENTS'. My room charges were Rs.5500 for non AC. For AC Room it was Rs.6500. Though I stayed here for few months but the room which I selected was not given to me by the hostel warden. Floor, walls, mattresses were all dirty when I got the room and it was totally shocking for me. And by that time all the nearby hostels were full and I was left with no option than this hostel so I had to live there and abide by all the rules.I would recommend NO for this hostel. As I had a very bad experience with the warden. She is very rude to people and a big Egoistic.

Charges were quite high as compared to the room conditions. Non ac rooms were very bad in condition and were very smelly. The locality is also not safe for girls. Infact MUNIRKA DDA has many good hostels well furnished and safe place.

Mis-information in review by Ms. Mehta : There are no rooms available in Ria Residency in 5k-6k budget. And when your budget do not allow you, do not be too demanding. Contrary to all she mentioned, she herself preferred to stay here for months together, without any binding to do so. Reviews are written to guide not to mis-guide.

The Ria Residency is a fantastic option for smaller families, largest families & girls. It's smack dab in the middle of the South & South East district and surrounded by a number of amazing paying guest house options (essential if you are someone that likes to eat good food & breakfast). The place would be easy to miss, but for the fantastic bright orange and gold signage that fronts both Lombard and Webster streets.
