Nothing short of exemplary planning and execution by Rajiv and Royal INDIA Bikes. Planning the route and program was fun and efficiently carried out. All our questions were promptly answered. Bikes were in good working order upon pick up. Although there were some minor repairs needed on the road, nothing required much of a delay and Royal Enfield mechanics are easy to find. We spent 28 days on the road, from Shimla through Spiti valley, up to Leh and over to Nubra valley and Pangong lake, back south to Manali and west to Dharamshala. Fantastic tour! Rajiv kept in contact across the journey, offering help or guidance when it was useful. This was our second time hiring ROYAL INDIA BIKES and our second time riding Enfields in Spiti Valley and it was even better this time. I highly recommend Royal INDIA Bikes. Their passion for making people’s dreams come true is a rarity in the tourism business. Diane

We would recommend Rajiv and Royal Enfield Bikes for two main reasons. Firstly the bikes he rents are well maintained, in great condition, as well as reasonably priced. Secondly, Rajiv himself is very, very responsive and genuinely helpful with answers to questions and queries both before and during the rental period. We set off on a trip on two bikes in January 2018 on a brand new 500cc “desert storm” classic, and a 350cc classic, mainly around Rajasthan but with very little pre-planning (we booked each hotel and next destination we were aiming for the next day the night before. Rajiv was very helpful when we decided we wanted to make a late run to Agra and have the bikes collected by his team there so we had enough time to take a side trip to Varanasi. Lastly, when I managed to leave my GoPro in a side pocket of the rented panniers he found it and arranged sending back to Australia for us. The “helpfulness” quotient is gold when you’re travelling around and looking for a bit of advice on the run. When we come back we will be using Royal India Bikes again. Well how to summarise in a few words .... Good memories , friends and associations ..... So here it goes ....firstly kudos to rajiv and his team ie ishan and sanam ... The bikes , service , mechanical soundness and repair back up of sharukh was excellent .... process of hiring and coord ... Simple , easy , to the pt specific and punctual .... Advice , guidance and sp .... Honest and straight forward . Mid course sp ... Fast and efficient Timelines .... Kept to the pt without any delays with proactive interaction all aspects were well coord ....... Thx so much and my personal recommendation ...... To all who seek memories and make new friends a part of the same so that these associations go beyond the contractual obligations and become personal associations .... We hired two Royal Enfield Himalayan for three weeks for extended travels to northern India and Nepal. Bikes were in an excellent condition. Pick up and drop off was very uncomplicated. Communication with Ranjiv is friendly and straight forward.
