Location is good. But has too much of local encroachment hence the place becomes congested unnecessary. MCD might take up the call and can renovate the place accordingly. The nearby unmaintained park can be used to facilitate with parking for the Community Center. The place need rehabilitation to be done. Otherwise it's a good place to organize a gathering of large no. of guests for any kind of programme/event. Hoping for the best in near future.
