Happy to be associated with Sehgal Transport. Appreciate the quick and positive response of Mr. Vishnu. The buses are neat, clean and well maintained. Drivers and helpers are also very friendly and cooperative. I would highly recommend Sehgal Transport to anyone. This magnificent service was not less than a boon for our trip. It was an exceptional experience with a highly supportive staff. Appreciate this graceful firm. It really made our trip an aesthetic one.

Never ever book any of the service here. At the time of booking they will show you the nice bus and will promise you for the luxury bus. But on your pickup time they will send you the worst bus which is not even clean and very very dirty, Not even speaker was working properly.

We were assigned this service from Jaipur to Delhi on Dec. 29, 2019. The driver seemed very rude right from the beginning. It seems he picked up this deal in Jaipur from our original driver since he would be driving back to Delhi without any passengers. Unfortunately, the car broke down 2 hr after we left Jaipur. We drove in this broken vehicle at 15 km/hr for 3-4 km crossing the highway a couple of times! We even went over a bridge, and it seemed the car would just not make it. The driver didn't want to call a mechanic to where the car broke since it would cost more, so he just risked our safety to get the garage. At this point, we had no option but to wait for the car to be fixed, which delayed us by 2 hr. At around 3 pm, our driver took us to a highway restaurant for lunch. He had some arrangements with this place that he would get his lunch for free and possibly some commission. This restaurant has two menus -- one for domestic travelers and one for foreign visitors. Possibly based on the driver's feedback, we ended up with the more expensive menu for foreign tourists. The prices were outrageous, and more than a five-star hotel! We walked out of this place and decided to skip lunch! Once we reached the outskirts of Delhi, this driver insisted on taking a route that he thought would be shorter and snubbed us when we suggested a better route. The whole ordeal from Jaipur to Delhi took 9 hr! Overall, this was a terrible service with a defective vehicle and an extremely rude and greedy driver. Not recommend!
