Stellar charges Rs 700 to check if they can retrieve data. They said there data recovery charges start at Rs 3500. Then in 30 minutes you will get an email that they will charge Rs 45,000 to recover some % of data. When you ask them to return your HDD they give a discount. They will ask for say Rs 31,000. Most positive reviews here are fake you can read them and find out. Also you can Google that Stellar filed a case against TechChef. And you will understand all of them are running a big racket.

The entire experience was painfully slow. It took 2 weeks from booking the fees to delayed drive pick up, delayed quotation, delayed discounted quotation, delayed delivery of the drive back. Pls do not go thru them. It's better to visit Nehru Place yourself and get a far quicker service from others. I have the emails with me to support my claim.
