Prude staff, REALLY poor service. I love hair palace but this branch is just not it. I got services from Hair Palace Ashok Vihar last week and the staff was friendly and helpful and the ambiance was overall amazing with no waiting. Today, I had to wait two hours on appointment where as the people who came after me got the same services done that I wanted. If they don’t stop behaving like they do, gradually all the ‘hype’ will be over.
