This is the worst haircut I've ever had. I had long below waist hair and I asked them not to reduce the length too much. And now after washing I have a terrible bob cut kind of hairstyle. This the worst salon ever. Hair the most important defining feature of my personality has been ruined. They should be paying money back to their customers as their hairdressers are just practicing their skills on us. A big thumbs down. Not even smoothing could fix this blunder.

Absolutely disappointing overcharged services. Even after the spa & hair care treatment my hairs looked too damaged & dry. The haircut is the worst I have ever got, so uneven. I specifically asked to not reduce length and give a good makeover to them but what they did was even worse than what I already had. I think a local salon can do a better job than this.

Poor service, as someone would give confirm appointment to their customers for a better experience and for not waiting in the queue. Lack of communication with their own staff, lead to cancellation of some customers.
